Processing Time:

Please allow up to 15 BUSINESS DAYS  for all orders to be ready for pickup shipment. Shipment order time 5 days. Oversized item orders may take even longer to complete. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or require additional information.

Every product offered at KRAFTYK WOODKRAFTS is made to order. In an effort to give our customers the most flexibility and options, we do not carry ready to ship inventory. This approach allows you to choose the design and size you want to best suit your needs.

Please note: All of our orders are super important and greatly appreciated.  Therefore we will always try our hardest to get them ready for pickup or shipment as soon as we are able too. THANK YOU for your understanding in advance!!

Estimated Shipping Times:

All orders are shipped via USPS Prioity Mail.  There are different shipping rates for each delivery.  Rates vary based upon your location and the weight of your order.

Each order is unique and will be shipped once order is completed which is usually 5 business days.  Although most orders will be shipped within the 6th business day there are occasions your order could take extra time.  Examples include peak holiday seasons, custom orders, incomplete information received upon ordering, proof approval delays, etc.  We will let you know via email if that is the case with your order.

We will also notify you via email once your order is completed.  You will be sent a tracking number upon the printing of your shipping label.  Most packages arrive 1-3 business days; however, thre are areas that take up to 5 days to arrive from Prattville, AL.

Payment:

We happily accept payments through PayPal as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Venmo and QuadPay. Payment is required before we can begin work on your custom order.

Returns:

We do not accept returns. However, if your item is damaged during shipment, please let us know.  We take GREAT pride in our customer service skills, and we will GLADLY work with you to replace your damaged item.


Cancellation of Order:

We will only accept cancellations up to 24 hours from your purchase date. After 24 hours a store credit will be given unless its cancelled on our behalf.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

We are always available for custom orders each month. Once we have all of the details for your order such as size, color & design, an invoice will be emailed to you along with a time frame to complete. We ask that invoices are paid in full within 24 hours of receipt. Once paid, your order will go into our production lineup.  Custom designs payments must be made before further production continues with your custom order. Once completed a picture will be sent via email of your finished custom order before it is available for pick-up or shipping.

While we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for custom orders, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your order.

WHOLESALE:

We do not offer wholesale at this time.

DISTRESSING:

Each sign is UNIQUE. It is impossible to 100% duplicate a sign but how AWESOME is it that you will own an original piece! The nature of wood can be knotty and that can cause stain and paint to look different and give each piece their own character. We design with the natural tendencies of the wood in mind and it is our opinion that the character of the wood lends itself to the distressed vintage look we strive for.

Our monthly KraftyK DIY Craft Box WILL BE AVAIABLE SOON AND WILL BE READY ON  5th of each month. Once you subscribe your credit card will be charged each month. We do not keep your card information.  Please note: All cancellations of subscription must be made before payments are processed. There are no refunds once payments are processed. KraftyK WoodKrafts reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. If order is canceled you will be notified within 48-72 hours of purchase and a full refund will be processed to you.
